Bob Grant a pioneer in talk radio. He was back to back with Rush in the NY metropolitan area for years. A big supporter of Bernard Goetz, the "subway killer", in the 80's. "Lets be Heard" "Get off my phone"

Politics comes down to survival. People will fight to the death to defend what they believe best secures their welfare against those who disagree with them because they perceive it's at stake. Politics is based on how the fundamentals of fairness and responsibility especially WRT freedom are understood for policymaking. Children need to know these basics early in life for their own decision making and to know that when someone might challenge them with, The rich need to pay their fair share, they can successfully contend with them over the meaning of "fairness." Same for all the fundamentals. If a population is not based, there goes the prosperity they're after.
