I walked around Singapore and did not see the sign you mention, I knew from news that drug mules were shown no mercy no matter how much their home countries protested. I had met some Engineers on another trip and one told me a story when he was in Africa, can't remember the country, anyway they had bought some drugs for personal use and he was crossing a border and the customs agent found the drugs, he gave the agent all the money he had and the agent was counting the money when went through the border. Just thought of something that happened to a guy I went high school with, remember the movie Midnight Express, that happened to him, he spent three years in a Turkish jail for trying to smuggle drugs and it broke him. He was wandered around town mumbling to himself the last time I saw him.
