I suggested to Pino a general statement on the fourth quarter and a range on the inventory problem (by FAX).

The stock's capitalization has been reduced by $41 mil today.Assuming
that the inventory problem is the only major problem, I would doubt
that the inventory loss could approach $41 million.Of course,the
company's credibility has been damaged.Pino can stop the slide by
selling or merging the company.
