Chowder I am curious as I look it the portfolio closely in particular. My chowder number across portfolios is 9.39. Income grew 11.3%. Outside money was added but RMDs also taken. TR just close enough to call it 12%. Yield 3.89%. You have way more in tech than me, but income gained in large measure through CEF's. What was the portfolio TR and dividend growth numbers for 2025 if you have them. I am trying to add more tech but happy with my portfolio from an income and safety perspective.

Re: Intrinsic Values ...

This comment is linked to the updated Retirement Portfolio. In starting out the New Year, I'll be looking for value until I see what growth stocks do as we go along.

Listed below are the holdings in the Retirement Portfolio that are undervalued based on their Intrinsic Value (IV). These are the companies I'll be looking to add to first.

Re: RETIREMENT PORTFOLIO ... Updated 01/30/2026

Retirement Portfolio Objectives:

This portfolio wants to focus on income with a growth element. Ideally, I would like to have the Chowder Number around 10.0, that gives me a nice up front yield with respectable dividend growth going forward.

Dividends and distributions are what fund this portfolio.

This person is still working, his wife is as well, and they both have 401K's and real estate other than their primary address in addition to this rollover portfolio. I only manage the rollover, not their other investments.

Note how most of the CEF's are the smallest holdings. I would prefer to own 2 to 3 times more CEF's at a small percentage than to own a few as a large sized position. I want to spread income risk since we know that most CEF's will cut their distribution, but not at the same time.
