Greg,

The recent press release is confusing to me. The release states
that a line of credit was opened for an equity investment. I read
that as someone gave the company a line of credit for a piece of the company. This is not a private placement because stock(or whatever)
was not given to the investor for cash. It looks like the company paid a fee(stock or whatever) for the ability to access a line of credit.

This is what I read into the release. Investors should call the company to clarify the details of the line of credit.
