SB made comments according to CNBC that numbers were inflated?? I don't think Compaq is gonna keep quiet on this one..

Lucy Defends CPQ
Yes, LP was out right away defending CPQ. She says that there was no evidence of channel stuffing and that CPQ is well on its way to reducing its inventory to 4 weeks.

BTW, it was her assistant who spoke on the box. The stock immediately rallied on the call
