both Dell and Paypal have niches that they can deploy to improve margins and proftis.

Dell is in a "niche"? They're a massive mainstream hardware seller. They are about as efficient as that type of company can be. How do you think Dell can improve profits?

I hope you're aware that all memory prices (DRAM, Hard Disk, NAND) are going up through the roof, which benefits the memory makers, but also increases hardware equipment prices, thus lowering unit sales. That's bad for Dell.

Nah, I don't see how you can be comfortable when the stock price is up 150% in two years, and all they do is sell the same hardware they sold two years ago. Dell is super efficient already, that won't move the stock price higher.

Where are Dell's assembly plants located?
