A lot of chickens being counted before the eggs are hatched. Even in Venuzuela is hard to overturn a ruling in appeals court. As for a settlement no one seems to be calculating what KRY will get for the copper in concession 4 and 6 ? Then value the stock. Just give some serious thought to the repercussions if they rule in favor of KRY. According to all releases from KRY they are pursuing their claim through ordinary courses and appealing the Gold claim. Nothing more has been said. And this is worth hundreds of millions of dollars WOW. No matter how much I like chicken salad I don't eat imaginary sandwiches. Its always interesting to note there are a lot more people long on spec plays than go short. I find that it is easier to spot over inflated companies than the ones that are good from a field of thousands. And again as is most often the case even if I loose in the short term and KRY goes off like a rocket reality will prevail and based on the facts the stock price will stabilize at a reasonable level. I some times have a tendency to put too many eggs in one basket but most rockets land safely back on earth. The advantage to the short is when the crash occurs it is devastating and immediate. Good luck to all space cadets on the moon shot. Has the game been called on account of Rain ? the field has certainly gotten muddy.
