No, I don't use TAL on multiple monitors.

However, there are boards/drivers that will let you do this today on both Win95 and NT. (More support on NT than on Win95, though - you may be stuck with Appian's dual-screen card for Win95 - on NT you can use multiple Matrox boards, and I think a few others.)

Win98 will be *able* to treat the 2 monitors independently, with software that specifically supports this, but will also be able to be used in the current "one big screen" mode.

I beleive you will also be able to have multiple desktops.

That is, there are three basic modes of operation in Win98/NT 5.0:

1. "one big desktop", like now - the desktop is split across multiple screens. You will be able to "arrange" your monitors any way you want, though and tell the system how they are arranged.

2. You can allow an aware application to "capture" a screen for it's own use.

3. You can have multiple desktops on multiple screens.
