Maduro general cronies have it coming. Secretary of State Marco Rubio had been talking to Delcy Rodríguez, the country's vice president. Trump said Rodríguez had expressed her willingness to do "whatever the US asks". This is good because she can point to the elements -especially the Venezuelan army generals- who have been running the country for their own self interests. The Asian buyers that profited from buying oil at deep discounts on they will be paying market prices soon. That means Venezuela does not need to donate oil to the Asian buyers. Yes, amigo. It is a new dawn.
