Bonnie: Yes, I saw the release too. Excellent news I would say.
They're going for projects which will give them some cash flow in
the shortest possible time. Panama is going to be very good as I
recall from the initial estimates. It looks like other financing
may not be too far behind now, especially once they show they can
manage their projects to a successful conclusion.
