it was never bout "oil"/earl, thats just the narrative...i.e. subtrefuge, the silver reserves are all gone as of 12-23 and it will take years perhaps a decade or so the bring their mining and oil infrastructure up to date
btw, when has team usa executed any long term plans on time? i mean yeah lybia, syria, rest of africa is lost, iran not a pushover... i could go on...but i digress
