Sharkie, on the one hand, I'd take that story with a huge grain of salt. What Trump says doesn't matter. Trump says lots of things. I always assume it's a lie until proven otherwise. On the other hand, if Venezuela sends over the oil as "protection money," that would seem to be a bargain in exchange for getting the Orange Asshole to back off. Of course MAGA will celebrate because they love this shit, but it will tell the entire world that America just turned into a kleptocracy.
