Indeed all that must be considered. Just how the final imposition of a Presidential autocracy is carried out I cannot guess but the mid terms or 2028 are both in the running for them to try and clinch it.

My guess is he will claim that since the country is at war he has to cancel the mid-terms. He is already defying the law with no consequences, I think he will continue. Who will stop him?
