I disagree with this. I don't think REFR is a highly speculative risk. There's enough proven technology in SPD that the worst case is not a belly-up.

Anyone who has read the technical papers on SPD technology would realize that the technology is far enough along that commercialization is highly probable. The question is not if, but when.

Even if something should go wrong with the time table and commercialization drags on another couple years, the company will easily be able to get additional financing. So, forget the belly-up scenario. It's not going to happen.
