Traveler, don't matter--like I said--attach a federal law enforcement officer in the field doing his job is a get dead wish up front. Given his behavior, I think it's more likely that the ICE agent was a wannabe bad-ass who couldn't otherwise qualify for local, state, or federal law enforcement. In comes ICE, with their generous benefits, their lowered standards, and their rah-rah nationalism. Now the guy gets to live out his "Bad Boys" fantasies. Tenchusatsu
