I think it is more of a: Demand for compliant vessels thingy! Those 500 to 750 non-compliant vessels will not be carrying Venezuelan crude, + with Chevron about to plant the flag in Iraq and Iran's current sit-rep, many of these boats may be headed to Alang-Sosiya or Chattogram. I think that I read today, that six more dirty tankers are headed that way for break-up.
