They do? What do they have and we don't that meets our needs? Certainly you don't mean the Kinzhal or the Oreshnik? IRBMs have been around since their grand daddy, the V2. Granted, we don't field much in the way of them any more, our ability to gain air supremacy at will makes them a non-issue offensively. And we have air defenses against them. One component, the Patriot, has been successful against the Kinzhal. Like with Greenland, you confident assertions of "fact" just don't seem to hold up.
