Duh Twaveluh, interesting--well even if he was standing on his head holding the firearm by the barrel first it still worked out for him didn't it. Holy shit, are you that dense? It totally did NOT work out well for him. In hindsight, his life was in no danger. He made the dumbass decision to use himself as a human roadblock. Even then, he was easily able to get out of the way. He did NOT have to use deadly force to protect his own life or the lives of the people around him. Moreover, he shot at a woman who wasn't an iLlEgAl aLiEn and whose only sin was disrespecting his "authoritah." Even if he suffers no legal consequences, which is likely, he will forever be a pariah of American society with only the jackbooted thugs giving him any respect whatsoever.
