Sparky: L-3 Communications, a 10-business unit "spinoff" of Lockheed just filed to go IPO... ipocentral.com One of their business units which used to be owned by GE, then Martin Marietta, then Lockheed Martin, now L-3, is developing a CAT-scan specifically to detect explosives, etc, in airport baggage. They did almost $1 BILLION in sales last year, up 65% over previous year (that is all business units, of course). Very deep pockets...you might want to keep an eye on this one.
