Here's the same ICE officer getting dragged for a 100 yards by an illegal immigrant sex offender a year ago which resulted in hospitalization. Who was President then? Who was Governor? Who was Mayor?

The ICE agent who opened fire in Minneapolis Wednesday was dragged 100 yards by an illegal migrant in Minnesota last June after his arm was trapped inside the vehicle during a traffic stop, The Post can reveal.

The attack on the officer, identified in court documents as Jonathan Ross, happened June 17 in Bloomington, Minnesota, exactly a month after embattled Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz labeled ICE agents “modern-day Gestapo” while speaking at a University of Minnesota Law School graduation in May.

ICE agents conducted a traffic stop on Roberto Carlos Munoz, a serial illegal immigrant from Guatemala with a lengthy rap sheet with charges including domestic assault and sex crimes against an underage teenager, according to records.

Munoz refused to exit his vehicle when officers approached his car, and Ross broke the back driver’s side window in order to open the vehicle from the inside.

The suspect then sped away with Ross’ arm caught between the seat and the car frame, according to the Justice Department.

Prosecutors said he was violently dragged more than 100 yards as the suspect weaved back and forth in an attempt to shake him loose from the car.

Ross was hospitalized with “significant injuries to his arm and hand,” requiring 33 stitches, but made a full recovery, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement at the time.

That assault is part of a sky-rocketing trend of car attacks on ICE agents — with such incidents surging 3200% in the last year, according to stats released by DHS Thursday.

Agents reported 66 attacks compared to only two during the same period in 2024, the data showed.

Federal immigration officers have also reported a 1,347% increase in assaults and a whopping 8,000% surge in death threats during the first year of President Trump’s second term.

Ross fired three shots — killing Renee Nicole Good, 37 — on Wednesday after she drove her car toward him during an altercation on the street.
