Claude, I am not qualified to determine whether giltf is fairly priced. I bought giltf on the strong recommendation of Shlomi Cohen, an Israeli financier in whom I have enormous confidence. He is a frequent contributor on SI. His comments and portfolio can also be seen on Globes. On Feb. 23 giltf was 28. 3 days later, it is now 29.625. I think that is my best answer as to whether it is fairly priced. Regards, Don
