Qone0, The first shot had no muzzle control, no sight picture acquired. There used to be a slow-motion video of the ICE agent drawing his firearm: Message 35384556 Unfortunately, Reddit removed the video, but my post still has the screenshot available. If you had seen the video, though, you would have noticed that the ICE agent drew his firearm with his elbow up and fired one-handed with a sideways grip. It was total spray-n-pray. No gun control, no aiming, just blam blam blam. This guy sure acted like he had no training, yet he's actually a 10-year veteran of ICE. I don't think "lack of training" is a valid excuse here. My Grandfather was a cop, my Dad said he kept evidence until it was needed for court, stored his gun at home when off duty and all the kids warned do not touch. I don't think his gun was ever used against a person.
