I do own GIS and VZ on that list. I had already targeted GIS for sale on Monday, and I targeted it before QTI came out with his analysis.

I'm keeping VZ though, as long as the dividend keeps flowing like it has been.

re Avoid stocks - hmmm...I currently own none of these.

Good for you. The only one I own from the avoid-stocks list is BMY ( Bristol Myers Squibb). I have owned it for a while when the yield was around or over 5%. It has appreciated a bit, so I'm in green and would keep it for now as an income focused position (not adding anymore).

I did start a small position yesterday in AMGN after constant nagging from DSM. Will slowly build the position as a complement to ABBV. Also, I'm leaving MRK (not on the avoid list) alone for now as well.
