So? That doesn't change the fact that ICE tampered with the crime scene by fleeing.
1. There is no evidence of any crime, hence, there was no crime scene.

2. Even were that not the case, the investigation was managed by US personnel and it was their call whether it was a crime scene or not.

You are simply wrong (I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt by avoiding the term "lying").
