You're right, ex-rights is Feb. 26 (trades today DO NOT include the rights), so I should still expect/want my rights in my account this morning. Regarding your mailer, are you referring to the post-card type thing that said something like "you should make sure you tell your broker they can release your name to Safeguard for more timely information" and gave the offering terms? I haven't received the usual letter from Schwab, yet, with the form to send back to them to exercise my rights. That usually comes about a week into the offering--but I can't remember if it is with the prospectus or not. Oh, one more thing: THEN WHO IS DOING ALL THIS TRADING? Must be mostly large institutions at this point, then. So the true "total market" rights price won't be seen for a few more days, huh? Thanks again, all, --John
