It wasn't a "death penalty", which can only be exercised by a criminal court's decision.

This woman was clearly an activist/troublemaker, and her own actions -- including hitting a cop with her car -- caused her death. I'm quite sure Minnesota would prosecutor if it could and it would end just like the bogus trial against the officer charged with murder in the case of George Floyd, who was determined to have died from drug overdose, before the coroner was coerced to recant his report and tell a different story in court to get the cop put in prison for 20 years.

I will say, I personally don't believe Minnesota is worth saving, but Trump's not willing to write off as the shithole it is (sorry to residents who may be on this thread, it isn't personal).

I wouldn't give you five bucks for the whole state. I think it is ruined for good.
