CJ,
At the time he fired upon her, he was in no danger.
Even if he was still in danger by the time he opened fire, gunshots weren't going to stop the forward momentum of the car.

This thug really thought he could stop a two-ton vehicle with the power of his "authoritah."

At the time he fired upon her, he was in no danger.
The question, under the 4th Amendment as comprehended under the law, is the "reasonableness" under the 4th Amendment, not the officer's fear or the actual threat to him. Could have reasonably felt threatened? I think he could: IF she turned away at the last moment yet never even touched him with the car, it is reasonable for him to have believed his life was in danger or that he might in some way have been injured.

In that state you and I both know that a jury will convict any cop who shoots anyone for any reason.

I'm sorry the woman died but she caused it herself by her own actions.

I hope, at least, some of these leftist fools will come to understand there is a danger in attacking the cops in any way, even if it seems minor to the offender.

As so many have said (even if glibly in some cases), she was killed by her own FAFO.

Yep,

A deliberate "make my day" moment caused by the ICE agent.

Police officers nationwide are trained to NEVER stand in front or immediately behind a vehicle with a person in the driver's seat for obvious safety reasons.
