No change at all for Chevron. They said oil production could increase by 200,000 barrels per day nationally - which is a number so small you have to wonder why it's attracting so much attention.

Capital on Chevron's Venezuela joint-ventures with PDVSA will continue to flow only one way - out of Venezuela.

The country is a population on the edge of starvation under a criminal dictatorship which Donald Trump hopes to emulate.
