Hi, Tony: I've no clue funnymentally, 'cause I don't know ET, but I understand that it was a much-needed loan, which I presume (?) was used to retire higher-coupon debt. The term, I believe, is 18 months at about 9%. I've been too busy to check Edgar to confirm this. As for the stock, any association with IDT should be good for EXTL. The only issue is the overhang, and whether current holders (most of whom have gotta have considerable paper losses) are willing to let this thing float a little before they dump their holdings. It's a total guessing game as to where and when that happens, so I'll leave it to your devices...
