The video clearly shows he was IN FRONT of the car. Maybe only 8-10 inches in, but in front. If you stop vid at 7 seconds, he's in front, AND front wheels are turned to left, towards him. He would NOT have known she immediately turned to the right, and most likely looking at her...but still hit him

If driver kept tires to the left or he had fallen, very well could have run over him. With only 10th of second make a decision.
Vance stated, the officer several weeks earlier and been dragged by a car needing 18 stitches..
...and would seem the bullet was straight on, also proving he was in line with driver in front of car...though could have extended arm to left....As Maverick says. "You don't have time to Think. If you think, you're Dead"
