Yes I have in my "quote files" about 30 George Orwell quotes I like the most from his various books, public comments, etc.---the one you are about "half quoting" is among them and I post it below for completeness.

That's the second time in the last while you made a post and quoted it--I see no relevance in either post for using it as Orwell used it in 1984--SO your point is?
