TO ALL: So far only SUNW has experienced a downside BIAS with respect to the lawsuit with MSFT. Sun is a very fine company and I bought it back in Sept. but recently dumped it in favor of MSFT. After holding on for months with very little profit to show for it I finally decided "If ya can't beat em - Buy em!". SUNW should be worth at least 60 bucks at this juncture but the Street refuses to bless them for their accomplish- ments. If SUNW has another fall from grace (unlikely anytime soon) I'll step up to the plate and buy a bunch. Until then, I hope the entire SUNW crew makes a TON OF $$$$ ON THIS ONE!!!!
