Not if the rope is wrapped around a can like that one. I've tied nooses before. It isn't difficult and the knot only vaguely looks like that one. The one we have seen is too big for the size of the rope. No, they were trying to terrorize members of Congress with a threat if they don't "do the right thing". Like a burning cross or spray painting swastikas on a temple or synagogue. Or nailing someone's cat to their door. Call it what it is. Don't exaggerate, that is what MAGAts do.
