Good overall review Federick - I would like to see one more round of layoff's to trim the expenses so they are more in line with the sales revenues. The other thing I will be watching is new R&D expenditures which as you stated have been reduced. One area that is quite interesting for the future are embedded 'network' systems. These embedded networks can utilize JAVA IP protocol and can control a host of smart systems. It is this type of forward looking technology that I want my management to explore and develop. Netware was fine for the previous growth years but now Novell needs to be looking at new emerging technologies. If this occurs, then I believe we may have a real growth story for the future. EKS
