The situation in Minnesota is that the electorate is probably slightly Republican. So how do our liberal friends manage to keep Minnesota blue? Perfectly simple. Minnesota goes Democrat because of the monolithic Somali vote, and the monolithic Somali vote is maximized by ballot harvesting. But Somali clan lords don’t harvest the Somali vote for Democrats for free. They require just compensation for their heroic service. And that’s where the Somali fraud scandal comes in. The Walzes and the Freys need to keep those Somali clan lords well fed with government grants in order to get the Somali vote delivered to the Democrats at each election and so they can continue in power.
