VLE is behaving well today. I am sure that the 300M USD in cash will not sit in GICs. A company that grew by buying Thai assets is not conservative that way. I would welcome an acquisition. And it is easier to do when Oil prices are low!

Venezuela oil reserves - any one know where the 300 billion barrel number comes from? I picked up on a theory that the number came out of Hugo Chavez head and much like donnie old Hugo was prone to exaggerate, The true number may be a third of that.
The 300 billion number is repeated again and again but where is the meat?
