samir - It's either 722,000 or 770,000 warrants. Not sure which.

I asked Investor Relations about the number of warrants just yesterday.
Scott L. said there are approximately 633,000 and he felt some of these
have already been converted. Using 24,000,000 shares total and a
stock price of $8.00, that amounts to an approximate dilution
of $0.21 per share. Not even 1/4 point. Hopefully, someone can double
check my math.
