There really aren't any beans to spill. I rely on a combination of fundamentals and TA. The TA I use is predominantly TC 2000 and I don't use any fancy proprietary indicators other than those provided by TC2000. I also make it my practice to follow a core group of stocks so that I can get used to their trading patterns. That gives an extra edge of confidence when entering a trade as opposed to dabbling in a stock for the very first time- although I do that too. Essentially, I try not to get too focused on one little detail but instead make sure I can keep track of the big picture at all times. The ultimate determinant in my decision to pull the trigger is always gut instinct. Logic may say one thing but gut instinct almost never fails me. That's not to say I never lose. I do. Gut instinct helps there too by keeping my losses small. All in all, it's just an experienced feel for the market and a nack for trading. Nothing I can necessarily teach anybody since my decisions are often made within minutes.
