You likely know more about the deal than me. <<ps Austin Russel always struck me as a character of distinction.>> Interesting....when I was researching Lidar companies in 2022 Luminar and Hesai were the dragons. One of the reasons I never bought Luminar is I thought Russell was not much more than a poser....a literal poser. Many of the photos on the site included him obviously posing and that just struck me as wrong. Angus Pacala on the other hand is a legitimate engineer and an under promise over deliver kind of guy.
