Mark, just a thought re:SMTK... in the present market, unless both earnings AND CC, are bad these stocks have not been selling off after earnings. Speak to Roger about ETEC.

Do you know what SMTK's eps is supposed to be for this quarter? It was 0.03 last q. Smith Barney-Rubble are the only brokerage covering them. Do you know if there business is similar to MRVC, if so, there might be a similar play there.

Well, SMTK has been a painful short experience. I think I will just keep my mouth shut for awhile.

The 62 million in "one time charges" seems have been ignored by Wall St. this quarter.
