MMV, Farewell party for someone who doesn't leave? I work in the office only 2 or 3 days a week now and most of my schedule is filled with goodbye parties as the employee turn over now rotates faster than the Yahoo Float :) MS should come out with Party Plus instead of Schedule Plus to ensure a balanced diet as workers move from one party to another. We have 160 people here and sometimes pack in 3 or 4 parties a day. However, most of the managers come back as consultants a few weeks later. I stopped pitching in food money for the parties and simply wish everyone luck with as they switch to a consulting business :) HR can no longer afford to chip in -I bet the party budget had surpassed recruitment costs. I like the new spunky and risky Momentum Mohan Vendetta, does this have anything to do with a life change after you shaved your head at the Holy Temple? Jump
