X-Ray,

I got all excited about the ISDN and called my ISP about it. They offer it but it seems that either I'd have to pay them an $800 setup!, plus $400 a month for full time access, or I'd end up paying around $400+ a month through the phone company with them, because they each would charge for the online time. Phone company is $.01 a minute and ISP is $1 an hour. I can deal with flat rate easier than the timed charges; I'm online most all the time. I'm feeling a little crushed. Is there a cheaper way to get that speed?
