I'm giving evidence as to me taking my big position in Intel was the right decision.

No one is discussing your investment picks. If you bought Intel back when it was in the $20's, good for you. We've all bought lots of different stuff for lots of different time periods. None of those investments support the idea that Lip Balm always does what he says he's going to do or that he's the right man for the job. Our investments have nothing to do with Lip Balm's self.

go cry in your morning coffee while QCOM trends down again today

I don't own any QCOM.

Wait, what am I doing here?

Goodbye!

Today's evidence indicates your big INTC position sunk 15% today! LOL. Time to have some crow with your mourning coffee.

Doug, re: morning coffee....................................................................................

So, go cry in your morning coffee while QCOM trends down again today (while Intel is up
5% right now) and you didn't counter your QCOM decline with other decisions to more than
make up for that.

What's the saying- something about counting chickens ??

Not wishing any bad luck, but it appears it got a bit ahead ot itself, but its still having a good ride but can it continue????????

Per copilot >>>>>>>>>>>>>

INTC current and forward PE- 2) Consensus target, G/(L) to target

1) Current P/EIntel’s current P/E cannot be computed because Intel’s trailing-twelve-month EPS is negative (-0.06 in FY2025). A negative EPS produces no meaningful GAAP trailing P/E.

2) Forward P/EThe analyst-consensus forward EPS for FY2026 is 1.07. Using the live price 46.04 :

Forward P/E=46.041.07˜43.0

This aligns with the forecasted forward P/E shown in analyst models (44.05) for FY2026.

3) Consensus Target Price- Different aggregators give slightly different averages, but all show downside:

SourceConsensus TargetUpside/(Downside)Citation
Analyst set (31 analysts)40.32-12.92%
MarketBeat (35 analysts)41.55-23.30%
Investing.com (39 analysts)42.44-21.77%

4) Gain/(Loss) to Target Based on Live Price 46.04Using the three consensus sets:

TargetG/(L) vs 46.04
40.32-12.4%
41.55-9.8%
42.44-7.8%

(All downside.)

Summary (Copy-Ready)
  • Current P/E: N/A (negative trailing EPS)

  • Forward P/E: ~43

  • Consensus Target Range: 40.3 – 42.4

  • Implied Move: -8% to -12% downside from 46.04
