Thanks for the clarification of your situation. It wasn't that it is OTC -- I bought then several times before over the past two years, just had to set a min/max price on the order, no 'at the market' orders. They do support 'big' clients and I think this is to help them out, but maybe just to ratchet up more commissions because they need the influx perhaps.
