There are different functions needed to add or view PeopleMarks.. To add a PeopleMark, click on the users name, which will take you to their profile. There's an "Add PeopleMark" tab under their posting level status. Click on it to add that person. You can Add yourself if you wish. To view your PeopleMarks, click on the PeopleMarks tab at the top of most every page. A bit confusing but hopefully this helps.
