my micro cap AMNF generated a CAGR +26% over 15 years

This stock went up 26% per year over 15 years?

That's incredible.

You must be rich!

If you go to this link you will see a collection of 9 Portfolios ------->

docs.google.com

I started that link when we put together our challenge against the Top 10 stocks from Buffett's Portfolio.
I used some of those voted for stocks to start up my own portfolios..

Only the following 5 ones below apply to my own personal portfolios that I have started up over the years.
I do not show how much I have personally invested in the individual shares as that is information I withhold for my own reasons. The share prices of each stock are automatically updated every day.
The portfolios are more to indicate the current percentage increases in the holdings in the portfolios.
I have reported total Sells of a particular share when I've made them.
All of the above information is available for anyone to see at the above link whenever they wish to do so.

Now and again I may sell a number of shares which I usually use for Real Estate purchases, especially back in my part of the world where I purchase Sectional Title units in a block of apartments and then rent them out.
Personally I see this type of investment as part of my "Pension & Retirement" plan which brings in a steady monthly rental income which increases with time, certainly much higher than inflation.

Generally speaking I tend to hold for the longer term, and any total sell off of a share will be because its overall Financial Fundamentals will have fallen well below the targets that I set. In addition I will sell if the share price increase is not that great. This happened with Colgate Palmolive (CL) where I sold it and bought LRCX which increased by about 720% compared to CL's increase in the same time period by about 74% .....
