Joe,

Thanks for taking the time from your busy schedule to come on the board and keep us informed. I know that myself, family and friends have come to this stock, and stayed, as much because of you as the company. Thanks for all the hard work to you and the DCI staff and family.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce

JJM,

Thank for discussing the status of the listing. I would think that if the American Exchange will not accept the proformas it will accept the year end audit which will be started at the end of March. It seems to me if you have to wait until fiscal year end you would have your choice between the American and NASDAQ.

From the sound of it, DCI UK must have billed over 100,000 minutes so far this month. Sometime in the past you indicated the budget was 300,000 minutes by the end of May. It looks as if you will exceed that by a bunch.

I figure by the time the first conference is scheduled El Nino should be finished with Florida. If you can do one of the earlier meetings in the sunshine state that would be just fine with me.

Best Regards

Joe,
Thanks for your response. Especially good to hear the new news concerning Denmark. I also think the warm climate sounds attractive to me. Aruba would be nice. (g) I'd settle for Miami Beach. I'd buy the first round at Planet Hollywood. I especially enjoyed reading your sentiments concerning family and teamwork. They mean a lot to me too. Keep on doing what you're doing but take time to relax too. We need you healthy so all can be wealthy.

Joe, I see SMTK is up sharply today. I believe we received exactly 355,555 shares of restricted stock worth $8,000,000 several months ago.
.
If we still have those shares intact I'd guess they are worth about $12,000,000 now.
.
But before I think about that, I'd like to know: Have we sold any shares? How many shares do we have today?
.
Are the shares we have - free-trading? Or restricted?
.
If restricted, when will they be:
1) marginable/borrowable??
2) free-trading??
.
On a possibly related issue:
I believe I read that DCI bought about 700,000 shares of stock and I'd guess that cost DCI about $1,500,000 in cash. Where did the cash come from? I am wondering if the SMTK was sold or borrowed against to raise the $1.5m
.
Thanks! Keep up the excellent work!
.
Colin

Isn't it amazing that with all this Internet hype that DCTC management used, the SEC still hasn't closed this case and really hasn't done much of anything useful in prosecuting guilty parties?

Also interesting that no class actions have been filed to go after the auditors' E&O insurance and to seek any "ill-gotten" gains from DCTC management that the SEC seems to feel may exist.

If ANYONE knows of a legal team that will take this case on contigency, PLEASE WRITE ME a PM! If we have to give up a significant part of the reward, so be it. Sure would be better than the $1 Don just received from his 10,000 shares and if it leads to exposing more of the rot at this core, that would be fine too.

I am especially anxious to see how the stock promoters of Grupo and JMED fared here. Anyone have any FACTS on this?

Signed,

Still here and not going ANYWHERE....
