Here's my thoughts.

It's about liquidity, inotherwords it's performance vs procedure: Gauzy executives have stressed that the insolvency proceedings were unrelated to the company's Q3 2025 performance, suggesting that operational success was not the issue, but rather a technical or structural liquidity gap seen by French regulators. I think Gauzy has bolstered the bottom line at the expense of investors, which is even more frustrating when it basically comes down to inability to report future income.

The stock is ridiculously low, but I don't want to try to "catch a falling knife." I know REFR's potential gain from all these products being introduced --- especially architecture. As long as no one is defaulting on royalties, I think we're good.
