Baird, I think you've misunderstood what I'm trying to say. Value investors are by nature contrarians. They see value where everyone else sees dross. In other words, they tend to buy stocks that they believe are trading well below the market line. Also, these investors tend to be in a distinct minority. Most investors are momentum investors (although they would probably not recognize it) because they feel most comfortable buying when stocks are moving up. Regards, Paul
